Crunches/ Sit-ups

  • Lay down on your back and keep your hands by your ears
  • Bend your knees and touch feet on ground
  • Bring your upper body and try to come nearer to your knees
  • Keep your head up looking towards the ceiling and exhale as you come upwards.
  • Hold your position for a second and then release while inhaling at the same time.
  • Repeat this 10-12 times and then increase the counts as you get comfortable

    • Lay down flat on your stomach
    • Then bring yourself in push up position
    • After this, place your elbows on the floor, while keeping your legs in push-up position.

Spinal Twist

  • Sit on the mat with crossed legs
  • Place right hand on your right hip and left hand on the right knee
  • Rotate your body and try to look backside
  • Inhale while twisting, then come back to normal position

Pike and extend

Hip Lifts

  • Lie down on your back with your hands on your side
  • Rise both the legs towards ceiling and extend your arms
  • Inhale while tightening your muscles
  • Curl your hips towards the ribs and exhale
